Sara Backer is an Art historian and educator, with a mission to make art understandable and accessible for all ages.

Her company Toverkunst Museum develops educational material that focuses on stories, playful learning, and creativity. Her current project Museum Boefjes aims to introduce toddlers to look at and experience art objects.

To achieve this goal, Sara designs and upcycles old furniture into interactive art and play cabinets for museums, daycare centers, and community centers.
