Helga van Stralen searches for new worlds in her work. She gets her inspiration from everywhere, from the physical world, books, magazines, internet, television and from her personal life. By making new images from these images, she embraces the world. The form is free: she makes installations, autonomous images, assemblages and miniatures. In search of the right expression and expressiveness, each work is unique in its size and material.
