Memento Mori (Latin for ‘remember you must die’) has been used for centuries as a spiritual and artistic tool. Remembering that life is short helps focus the mind on the important things in life.

1. Explore the symbolism of elements from the vanitas genre of art history
2. Build your own ‘memento mori’ using mixed media techniques
3. Reflect on your own life and death in a ceremonial setting

This weekend on Sunday 30 October, join Rose and special guest, ceremony facilitator and pianist Anima Lab, for a special Samhain version of the Memento Mori workshop. We will honour our ancestors and other departed loved ones with a ceremony and Samhain altar. Anima Lab will lead us through a journey of transformation.

This work goes deep, so we are keeping it to a small and intimate group.
