Welcome to our culinary journey through traditional Italian dishes, a workshop celebrating the rich diversity of Italian cuisine from north to south. Led by Gabriele, this experience promises to blend flavours from different Italian regions, creating a fusion that honours both authenticity and creativity.

Participants will immerse themselves in preparing iconic dishes such as:

- Carpaccio di Funghi (mushrooms' carpaccio) from Trentino Alto Adige
- Risotto alla Milanese from Lombardy
- Celeriac Porchetta from Umbria
- Panzanella from Tuscany
- Tiramisu' al Limoncello from Sicily

Throughout the workshop, conducted in English to accommodate all participants, we'll explore cooking techniques, regional ingredients, and cultural anecdotes that shape each dish's identity.

Following the workshop, join us for a delightful dinner where we'll savor the dishes we've crafted together, fostering new connections and a deeper appreciation for Italian culinary heritage.
