On 28 May, Live at Our Place hosts an evening of tradition, improvisation, and sonic exploration. Four unique acts come together for a night that moves between Mexican folklore, free improvisation, soulful grooves, and experimental beats, bringing storytelling, collaboration, and musical curiosity to the forefront.
| Laura Polence (Solo) | A delicate blend of recent compositions and Latvian folk songs. Voice, piano, and synthesizers weave together theatrical moments and musical reflections on the naive irony of everyday life.
| Ada Rave & James McClure | A duo performance of free improvisation, navigating uncharted sonic terrain through bold, personal expression. Expect deep listening, unexpected textures, and fearless musical dialogue.
| Fuensanta & Diego Cerroblanco | An intimate journey through the infinite beauty of Mexican music—boleros, son jarocho, and original works reimagined for traditional instruments.
| DJ Cata.Pirata | Infectious rhythms and folkloric influences from Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean meet psychedelic, beat-heavy futurism—spun live through analog and electronic textures.
