An intimate night of multi-sensory performances that explore embodied listening, resonance, and presence.
The evening features four works that open up new ways of experiencing sound through and with the body. It begins with Reflective Music by Marko Ivic, a slow-unfolding, improvisation-based piano performance shaped by minimalism and gentle electronic processing. This meditative piece invites stillness, presence, and attunement to the act of listening itself.
Following this, The Bone Conductor by Ricardo Huisman invites the audience to physically engage with a tactile sound sculpture, while the artist adds live vibrational soundscapes using a MIDI wind instrument. Alongside this, Xico Ribas presents subject to the sonic address of an unknown source, a performative installation that subtly alters the space’s sonic atmosphere and challenges how we listen in exhibition contexts
To close the night, Echoes of the Unheard by Tania Zountsa blends live music, spoken word, personal recordings, and projected visuals into a layered, multi-sensory exploration of memory, identity, and the emotional power of deep listening.
