Something is rotten in the state of Amsterdam, en het ligt diep onder de NDSM-werf…In Bodem est Omen zit je opeens midden in een radio-aflevering van Radio Dokwerk: een piratenradiozender met een journalistiek kantje. Hannelore Havelaar gaat op onderzoek uit; wat is waar van de vreemde verhalen die ze hoort over de NDSM-werf? Onbetrouwbare projectontwikkelaars, vervuilde grond en geheime ruimtes onder de Y-helling….

Als publiek mag je vrij rondlopen over het terrein. Er is muziek, poëzie, een prikkelend debat, verhalen van een ervaringsdeskundige en nog veel meer. Je komt terecht in een hele nieuwe wereld. Eentje die die bijna te krankzinnig lijkt om waar te zijn. Je vraagt je af: Wat is echt? Wie spreekt de waarheid? Houd je ogen wijd open en luister aandachtig, beste luisteraar: wie goed oplet zal antwoorden vinden.

Something is rotten in the state of Amsterdam, and it's buried deep beneath the NDSM shipyard…
In Bodem est Omen, you suddenly find yourself in the middle of a radio episode of Radio Dokwerk: a pirate radio station with a journalistic twist. Hannelore Havelaar embarks on an investigation; what is true about the strange stories she hears about the NDSM shipyard? Unreliable developers, polluted land, and secret spaces under the Y-slopes…

As the audience, you are free to roam the site. There is music, poetry, a provocative debate, stories from an expert, and much more. You’ll find yourself in a completely new world—one that seems almost too crazy to be real. You’ll wonder: What’s real? Who’s telling the truth? Keep your eyes wide open and listen carefully, dear listener: those who pay close attention will find the answers.
