Participants will immerse themselves in preparing iconic dishes such as:
- Carpaccio di Funghi (mushrooms' carpaccio) from Trentino Alto Adige
- Risotto alla Milanese from Lombardy
- Celeriac Porchetta from Umbria
- Panzanella from Tuscany
- Tiramisu' al Limoncello from Sicily
Throughout the workshop, conducted in English to accommodate all participants, we'll explore cooking techniques, regional ingredients, and cultural anecdotes that shape each dish's identity.
