In this workshop, Can Bora invites us to explore our physical, emotional, and social boundaries through the physical body, experiencing the HEALIVE. method as a dynamic way of life. We are encouraged to embody feelings of trust, compassion, and support, while interacting with our HEALIVE. boundary ropes. After all, our body is our home.

Can is a multidisciplinary artist and international yoga teacher trainer with extensive knowledge and experience in performance practices, somatic movement techniques, and somatic experiencing. As an artist-researcher, Can's focus is on the “felt-sense," and he considers the body as a tool for re-interrogating systems and disciplines, but also the womb of all our natural potential.
